I got my start in the mortgage industry back in January 2016. For my first few years, I worked as a mortgage sales assistant, learning this business from the ground up and watching every part of the loan process before I ever sat across from my own clients. By the time I became a lender, I’d seen exactly where deals go sideways and where a little extra care makes all the difference.
What I learned in those years shaped how I work today. The details matter, and so does telling people the truth. I’d rather give you an honest, accurate answer than an easy one, and I’d rather pick up the phone than leave you wondering where things stand.
I’ve spent more than ten years in this industry, and since moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2019, I’ve been helping families here navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. This market moves fast, and it’s full of real people: first-time buyers who didn’t think they could qualify, veterans who had no idea what their VA benefit could really do, and families relocating for a new job who needed to move quickly without making a $400,000 mistake.

Kiley isn’t a Northwest Arkansas native, and that’s part of why she gets it. She grew up in Broomfield, Colorado, and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2013 before building her career in the mortgage industry. In April 2019, she made the move to Northwest Arkansas, and she’s called it home ever since.
Having relocated herself, Kiley knows firsthand what it’s like to put down roots in a new place. That makes her a natural fit for the families moving to NWA for work, for school, or for a fresh start. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her cheering on her favorite teams, traveling, getting outdoors, or spending time with friends and family.
